1:1 Content Strategy Session – Terms & Conditions
By booking a 1:1 Content Strategy Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Session
Your booking includes one 60-minute online strategy session focused on your personal brand, content strategy, messaging, positioning and business growth.
The session is tailored to your individual goals based on any information you provide before the call.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be declined or treated as a forfeited session, unless there are exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
Sessions may only be rescheduled once.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the time reserved specifically for you, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your session, no refund will be issued.
If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered as soon as possible.
5. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
6. Preparation
To ensure you receive the greatest value from your session, you may be asked to complete a short questionnaire or submit information in advance.
Failure to complete any pre-session work will not affect the session length or entitle you to a refund.
7. Recording
If the session is recorded, the recording is for your personal use only.
Recordings, resources and materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, strategies, templates, resources and materials shared during the session remain my intellectual property.
They are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use only and may not be copied, taught, reproduced or resold.
9. Results Disclaimer
While I will provide personalised guidance, strategies and recommendations based on my experience, I cannot guarantee specific results, including audience growth, enquiries, revenue or business outcomes.
Your results will depend on many factors, including your implementation, consistency, experience, market and external circumstances.
10. Coaching Relationship
This session is educational and strategic in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for all decisions and actions taken following the session.
11. Confidentiality
Any personal or business information you share during the session will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your permission.
